Ingredients

  • 7 oz chicken
  • 0.7 oz black olives
  • 3.5 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 0.35 oz salted capers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Preparation

For the recipe, you can use fresh cherry tomatoes, but I prefer canned ones because they are juicier.

  • Brown the garlic in the pan, then remove it and add the cherry tomatoes.

  • Remove the pit from the olives and cut them into pieces, cut the chicken into strips and add them to the tomatoes.

  • Sprinkle with oregano and finish cooking the meat with a closed lid, about 5 minutes.
