Ingredients
- 2 cups bell peppers
- 7 oz chicken
- 10.5 oz potatoes
- 1 cup canned cherry tomatoes
- 2 tsp white onion
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks, place them in a pan, add oil and a bit of water, cover with a lid and start cooking.
Slice the peppers into strips and add them to the potatoes, add the cherry tomatoes and continue cooking for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are softened.
After the time has passed, add the diced chicken and finish cooking, about 10 minutes.
During cooking, if needed, add water and salt to taste.
