Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Preparation
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the salt, water, and oil.
Start kneading then add the sesame seeds and finish kneading.
Roll out the dough on the floured surface very thinly then cut it with a knife into diamond shapes.
Heat the oil in a pan or pot with high edges and fry the pastries or place them on the baking sheet.
Brush with oil and bake in a hot oven at 400°F and cook for 15 minutes.
