Ingredients
- 10 slices zucchini
- 3.5 oz cooked ham
- 3.5 oz stracchino cheese
- 0.35 oz chives
Preparation
Zucchini are used raw, but you can cook them if you prefer.
Slice the zucchini using a peeler, but you can also leave them slightly thicker and then grill or pan-cook them.
Fill with ham and stracchino cheese, then roll up the slices and secure them with a thread of chives.
Refrigerate until ready to serve, you can enhance with balsamic vinegar or a drizzle of oil and salt.
