Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup avocado
  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe melon
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 2 oz arugula

Preparation

  • Cut the melon into large pieces, about 1 and a quarter inches.

  • Peel the avocado and cut it into pieces about 3/4 inch and do the same with the feta.

  • Arrange the fruit and cheese alternately on skewers and enrich with arugula leaves.

  • Season with oil and sesame seeds.
