Ingredients
- 1/2 cup avocado
- 1/2 cup cantaloupe melon
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 2 oz arugula
Preparation
Cut the melon into large pieces, about 1 and a quarter inches.
Peel the avocado and cut it into pieces about 3/4 inch and do the same with the feta.
Arrange the fruit and cheese alternately on skewers and enrich with arugula leaves.
Season with oil and sesame seeds.
