Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 oz Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
  • 2.8 oz Asiago
  • 1 egg white
  • breadcrumbs

Preparation

  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them, then drain well and mash them.
