Ingredients
- 5.29 oz zucchini
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 7.05 oz Campania buffalo mozzarella DOP
- 0.71 oz black olives
- 1 tsp oregano
Preparation
Slice the zucchini into thin slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with oil, and bake.
Bake at 392°F for 15 minutes or under the grill at 482°F for 8-10 minutes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges and arrange them on a serving dish.
Add the zucchini, olives, and sliced mozzarella.
Dress with oil and oregano and serve. Bon appétit
