Ingredients

  • 9 oz ricotta
  • 2 tbsp coffee
  • 1.4 oz sugar
  • 2 amaretti

Preparation

  • Make the coffee and let it cool.

  • In a bowl, put the ricotta, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of coffee, mix well to get a smooth cream.

  • Crumble an amaretto at the bottom of the cup and pour the cream.

  • Add another crumbled amaretto and pour over the remaining coffee.

  • Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
