Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 2 tbsp Water (cold)
- 5 oz Salami (and diced ham)
- 3 1/2 oz Mozzarella
- Egg yolk (for brushing)
Preparation
Pour the flour with a pinch of salt on the work surface and create a well in the center.
Add the diced butter and cold water, and knead quickly.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch and cut it with a glass; you should get about 28-30 discs.
Cut the mozzarella, preferably a day old, into pieces.
Fill half of the dough discs with the diced cold cuts and mozzarella, then cover with the other half.
Seal the edges well with a fork and place them on the baking sheet.
Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (convection) and cook for about 15-20 minutes, until golden.
