Ingredients
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp milk
- 9 cookies (ringo)
- 1 cup fresh liquid cream
- 3 tbsp coffee
Preparation
Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
Melt the chocolate with the milk in a bain-marie and let it cool.
Whip the cream until stiff, crumble 6 cookies with your hands and add them to the cream.
Also add the coffee, stirring very little, allowing it to remain marbled, with streaks.
Place a cookie at the bottom of the molds and then thoroughly coat all the walls with the chocolate.
Put in the freezer for 10 minutes then remove from the freezer and fill with the cream, return to the freezer for 1 hour before serving.
