The recipe of the limoncello mousse is very simple; if you don’t use eggs it obviously goes faster, it is the creamy dessert spoon to serve after lunch but it is also good after dinner.
If you love creamy lemon desserts, this one cannot be missing, the liqueur cream is delicious and can easily be made at home if you have a bottle of limoncello.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups Liquid fresh cream (sweetened)
- 1/2 cup Plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons Limoncello cream
- 1 tablespoon Limoncello liqueur
Preparation
Obviously you need to have at home the limoncello liqueur or the limoncello cream
Whip the cream with the yogurt using a hand blender for 3 minutes or with electric whisks.
Add the liqueurs and gently fold by hand.
If you don’t have limoncello cream, you can use 2-3 tablespoons of liqueur, adding it a little at a time to avoid deflating everything.
Pour the mousse into cups and keep in the freezer for 15-20 minutes if you need to serve it immediately, or in the freezer for a couple of hours.
