Baked Nutella Zeppole Easy Recipe

BAKED NUTELLA ZEPPOLE, an easy and quick recipe, different St. Joseph’s zeppole for Father’s Day, with dark chocolate chips.

Delicious baked zeppole with Nutella! A different idea from the usual St. Joseph’s zeppole to celebrate Father’s Day, at least mine loves chocolate and Nutella :-p

The baked Nutella zeppole recipe is very simple, just add a level teaspoon of Nutella to the basic dough, just a little is enough to color the choux pastry.

They are then enriched with chocolate chips that easily pass through the large tip of a pastry syringe.

Oven-baked Zeppole with Nutella Easy Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Nutella (for the dough)
  • 2 tbsps Dark chocolate chips
  • as needed Nutella

Preparation

    Put the water, butter, and salt in a saucepan on the stove, as soon as it starts to simmer, add the flour and Nutella all at once, stir until the dough detaches from the sides of the pot.

  • Add the eggs one at a time, incorporating each well before adding the next.

  • Finally, add the chocolate chips.

  • To make it easier, you can use a mixer, pour the dough into the bowl, add an egg and turn on the machine, incorporate all the eggs until you obtain a soft dough.

  • Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 356°F

  • With a pastry syringe, shape the zeppole on parchment paper, making circular motions starting from the center.

  • Bake and cook for 15 minutes in a fan oven.

  • Let cool, then fill the zeppole with the syringe and decorate on top with Nutella.
