A cake that is prepared in a few minutes, the Trentino apple cake is a dessert made in Trentino, the land of apples, a fruit I love to eat all year round especially if it’s nice, crunchy, and fresh.
The dessert recipe taken here I immediately liked especially for its execution speed, then I imagined that with the egg whites beaten stiff it would be much softer, and I was not wrong.
