Ingredients

  • 3 Pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Barbecue sauce
  • 1 head Romanesco broccoli

Preparation

  • Brush the ribs with honey and place them in a pan.

  • Cook each side for 10-15 minutes until a nice golden crust forms.

  • Wash a head of broccoli and boil it in lightly salted water for about 20 minutes.

  • When ready, serve them together with the meat.
