Carnival Cake with Nutella and Chocolate

CARNIVAL CAKE with NUTELLA and CHOCOLATE, easy to prepare, soft and delicious filled cake, perfect recipe for birthday parties.

Simple and delicious, the Carnival cake with nutella and chocolate is quite easy and also relatively quick because once the chocolate cools, it takes just a few minutes for everything else.

I made it in less than an hour because I didn’t have much time, and I must say it was a big hit with my daughter. It stays soft and moist inside, a delicious cake without butter and oil.

Of course, fats are not missing in this Carnival cake. In fact, the butter or oil is compensated by whipped cream and nutella, and anyway, it was excellent as it is.

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 7 oz oz All-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups cups Sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups cups Fresh heavy cream
  • Half packet Baking powder
  • 1 3/4 oz oz Dark chocolate
  • Colorful sprinkles
  • Chocolates (colored)

Preparation

  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool.

  • Whip the cream and set aside.

  • Work the eggs with the sugar until creamy, gradually add the sifted flour with the baking powder.

  • Add the dark chocolate and mix with a spatula by hand, and finally add 2 tablespoons of whipped cream.

  • Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 7-inch pan with a height of 2 inches.

  • Bake in a preheated fan oven at 350°F and cook for 30 minutes, check with a toothpick after 20 minutes, it should be dry.

  • You can use an 8-inch pan, but it will be lower, or double the doses.

  • Unmold and let cool.

  • Then cut the cake in half or into two layers and fill with nutella.

  • Cover everything with whipped cream and decorate with colorful sprinkles and colorful chocolate candies.

  • Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
