DO YOU LIKE making homemade pasta but can’t do it? Try the PHILIPS PASTA MACHINE with Integrated Scales, Automatic Programs, 8 Discs, child-proof! It’s fantastic, I recommend it, this is my one with 8 discs
- 1 Philips HR2382
Preparation
If making the pasta at home, pour the flour onto a work surface, make a hole in the center, and add the water while kneading.
Dust the surface and roll it out thinly, then roll it without tightening and cut with a smooth-bladed knife.
Make slices about 0.4 inches wide.
Dust with flour and leave the pasta on a cloth to dry a bit.
Clean the bell pepper, remove the white part inside, and cut it into thin strips, then into pieces.
Oil a large pan, add the cherry tomatoes. If you like, you can first brown a clove of garlic, I didn’t add it.
Add the peppers, olives, and a handful of capers rinsed under a stream of water.
Let it cook for about twenty minutes.
Boil water for the pasta, and when it boils, add the pasta, cook for a few minutes, as soon as it rises to the surface, it’s ready.
Put some pasta water in the pan, drain the pasta, and add it to the sauce.
Mix well over low heat to thicken the sauce a bit.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
Bon appétit
