QUICK SLAVIC TART WITH CUSTARD AND APPLES, quick and easy, a very delicious dessert to make in no time, a perfect CAKE after lunch or for breakfast.
A delight, the Slavic tart with custard and apples, a very simple dessert that you can perfectly enjoy for breakfast, also great for a snack, and certainly healthy because it is homemade.
I prefer homemade desserts because, in addition to being healthier, I can decide how to prepare them, starting with the flour or the fat base, I can use farm eggs rather than store-bought ones or fruit from my garden.
Of course, I do buy some packaged sweets too, I’m human, but I try to make at home what I can.
This is the case with this Slavic tart with apples and custard, made some time ago with only jam HERE as per its original recipe, but I decided to enrich it, modify it in part to create another type of dessert, very good.
The characteristic of this dessert is the crumbly topping with meringue, a real treat that melts in your mouth, try it.
