Ingredients
- 2 slices Smoked Salmon
- 5.3 oz Ricotta
- to taste Pepper
- to taste Salt
- 2 leaves Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
Preparation
Put the salmon in a mixer, add the ricotta, a little salt, a pinch of pepper, and the mayonnaise.
Blend everything until you get a spreadable firm cream.
Chop the parsley and add it to the cream, put everything in a bowl and leave it in the fridge for at least half an hour before using it.
