The nougat cream is prepared in 10 minutes maximum, you need to cut the nougat into small pieces, part of it will go with the cream to be whipped, the rest will be added by hand.

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz White nougat (With almonds)
  • 2 cups Fresh liquid cream
  • 2 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 1 pinch Vanillin

For the recipe, I use the Ariete immersion blender, I find it great, I use it a lot to blend cream as well as vegetables for the vegetable broth, I couldn’t do without it, furthermore, it comes apart in two parts for safe washing!

Preparation

  • Cut the nougat into pieces with a knife.

  • Pour the cream into a tall jug, add a pinch of vanillin and the condensed milk.

  • Start whipping for 1 minute then add half of the nougat amount and blend everything for 2-3 minutes.

  • Add the rest of the nougat and mix with a spatula by hand.

  • Pour everything into a baking dish or individual cups and put in the fridge to set until serving time.

  • If you’re in a hurry, the freezer is fine for 30 minutes.
