Ingredients
- 14 oz green beans
- 2 eggs
- 5.5 oz tuna in oil
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- to taste oregano
- 1 mixed salad
Preparation
Clean the green beans by removing the ends, then wash them carefully to eliminate dust or soil residues.
Place them in a pot with water and boil them for about 10 minutes after reaching a boil, cook the eggs in a separate small pot.
When everything is ready, drain the green beans and put them into a salad bowl, add the drained tuna and mix, wash the salad well and add it.
Add the chopped tomatoes, a drizzle of oil, and oregano, and mix.
Peel the eggs and slice them into rounds or wedges, as you prefer, and add them to the rest of the ingredients.
