Ingredients
- 2 jars Sugar
- 3 jars All-purpose Flour
- 1 packet Baking Powder
- 1 jar Plain Yogurt
- 1 jar Strawberries
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 3 Eggs
Preparation
Wash the strawberries well and cut them into pieces, sprinkle them with sugar if you prefer, and set them aside.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until they are nice and frothy.
Gradually add the flours with the baking powder, folding by hand from the bottom up to avoid deflating the mixture.
Alternate the flours with the yogurt.
Butter and flour a springform pan of 8 or 9 inches and pour the mixture, add the strawberries and gently stir with a spoon.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F and cook for about 40-50 minutes.
