Fennel Cutlets

Fennel cutlets are a tasty and delicious recipe to vary the preparation of this vegetable.

A delicious main course that will bring an enticing idea to the table that will encourage both adults and children to taste.

Fennel cutlets are prepared in just a few minutes, just slice the fennel and pass the slices through egg and a flavorful breadcrumb enriched with grated Parmesan, pepper, and finely chopped fennel fronds.

The sweet taste of the fronds, reminiscent of licorice, will give a special and pleasant touch to the cutlets.

I must say that my fennel cutlets recipe calls for air fryer cooking, so they are cooked with little oil and perfect for healthy eating.

Of course, nothing stops you from frying them if you feel like it!
