Ingredients
- 4 Chicken wings
- 2 medium eggs
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Grated Grana Padano
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig Basil
- 1 sprig Lemon thyme
- to taste Salt
- to taste Paprika
- to taste Oil
Preparation
To prepare this recipe, start by cleaning the wings, singeing any remaining hair by passing them over an open flame or a lighter, then wash them well and boil them in water and salt for about 10 minutes, turning them during cooking.
Meanwhile, prepare the coating: in a bowl, pour the breadcrumbs, grated Grana Padano, salt, garlic, and chopped basil or parsley if you prefer.
Mix well and let it flavor.Once cooked, drain the wings from the water.
Beat the eggs, dip the wings, wetting them on all sides, then bread them in the breadcrumb mix, pressing and making sure the coating adheres well to all the wings.
Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper, distribute some oil, then place the wings, add some paprika, a few leaves of thyme, basil, and then bake.
Bake the wings in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 350°F.
When the wings are well-cooked and golden, place them on a serving plate and serve with sauces: mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, or tzatziki sauce and pieces of chives, or accompany them with a fresh salad.
