Now, the Dubai chocolate is more famous than any other dessert at this time, so after trying it, RECIPE HERE and also trying the DUBAI CHEESECAKE that you can find HERE, I also tried the DUBAI PRALINES. Obviously, they are as delicious as the chocolate, besides the classic recipe I also added some crushed pistachios inside to give an extra crunchy touch, and what can I say, simply fabulous. But now let’s see together how to prepare them in the following recipe.

  • Difficulty: Very easy
  • Cost: Medium
  • Rest time: 2 Hours
  • Preparation time: 10 Minutes
  • Portions: 21
  • Cooking methods: Double boiler
  • Cuisine: Italian
  • Seasonality: All seasons

Ingredients

Ingredients are for 6 large Pralines of 3 inches or 21 smaller pralines, if you use the classic plastic molds for chocolates.

  • 8.8 oz dark chocolate
  • 3.5 oz kadayif (angel hair)
  • 1 knob butter
  • 2.5 oz spreadable pistachio cream
  • 1 oz crushed pistachios

Tools

  • 1 Mold silicone for chocolates
  • 1 Small bowl for double boiler
  • 1 Food marker

Steps

  • Start preparing your Dubai pralines by melting half of the chocolate in a double boiler in a bowl.

Then brush the bottom of your molds with a generous layer of chocolate and place the mold in the fridge or freezer.

Then cut the angel hair and put a knob of butter into a pan.

ATTENTION if you are making the small chocolates, I recommend cutting the angel hair very small because otherwise you won’t be able to fill the chocolates.

Let the butter melt and brown the angel hair for a few minutes and allow to cool well.

  • At this point, add the pistachio cream to the angel hair, mix well, then take the molds, pour the freshly obtained mixture, and pour it equally into each chocolate mold. Then add some crushed pistachios, press with a spoon, and put it in the fridge.

  • At this point, melt the remaining chocolate minus about 1.76 oz and pour it over the Dubai pralines to form the base of the chocolates. Level it well and put it in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours or in the freezer for about an hour.

Once ready, detach your Dubai pralines very gently from the silicone mold, then melt the remaining 1.76 oz of chocolate, decorate the surface of your Dubai pralines with more chocolate and crushed pistachios, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and enjoy these delicious Dubai pralines… super yummy.

Saby recommends…

The quantity of Dubai pralines varies based on the size of your silicone molds. You can obtain up to 21 classic chocolates at 0.42 oz if you have the plastic mold.
