No-Bake Cookie Cream Tart

Hello everyone, October 4th was my husband’s birthday and as every year we celebrated with our closest friends. Obviously, a cake made by me couldn’t be missing this year, and between work and other commitments, I opted for a no-bake cookie cream tart in the shape of the letter F as the initial of his name. This choice was super easy because I achieved a delicious and eye-catching dessert without much hassle. Let’s see together how to prepare this no-bake cookie cream tart in the following recipe.

  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Cost: Medium
  • Rest time: 1 Hour
  • Preparation time: 30 Minutes
  • Portions: 12-14
  • Cooking methods: No bake
  • Cuisine: Italian
  • Seasonality: All seasons

Ingredients

  • 27 cocoa cookies (classic butter cookies)
  • 17.6 oz mascarpone
  • 8.8 oz cream
  • 4.2 oz spreadable cream (Lotus (you can also use Nutella))
  • 20 chocolates to taste (I used Kinder chocolates)
  • 3 edible flowers (optional)
  • 5 mint (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional based on your taste)

Steps

I must admit that this cookie cream tart is really easy and quick to make. Prepare the cream to start: in a bowl, pour the mascarpone with the liquid cream and start to whip, then add the Lotus cream (or Nutella) by spoonfuls. ATTENTION: taste it and based on your preferences, add or not the powdered sugar at this point. When you have finished the cream, pour it into a large pastry bag with a big smooth nozzle.

  • Then start composing the cookie cream tart: to begin, get a large enough tray, I only had a round and golden tray for the letter F, perhaps a rectangular one would have been more suitable. Now start by putting a tiny bit of cream on the base of each cookie to make it stick to the tray and form the letter F. Then continue by making dollops of cream starting from the outside and finally the inside. Place a second layer of cookies and repeat the operation and finally the third and last layer of cookie

  • When you have completed with the cream, place your cream tart in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, decorate with chocolates, edible flowers, and mint or with macaron-type cookies or fruit. Your cookie cream tart is ready to be delicious and super indulgent, try it.

Saby recommends…

The letter F cookie cream tart is very easy to make so I didn’t have to cut cookies to make curves or similar, but I believe with a little imagination and patience you can create other letters or geometric shapes.
