No-Bake Almond Brick Cake

Do you love no-bake desserts not only in summer? Of course, you do!

So here is a super quick and delicious no-bake almond brick cake. It only takes a few ingredients and minutes, and the dessert is ready.

  • Cost: Low Cost
  • Rest time: 30 Minutes
  • Preparation time: 20 Minutes
  • Portions: 10
  • Cooking methods: No-Bake
  • Cuisine: Italian
  • Seasonality: All seasons

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 chocolate cookies (cups)
  • 17.6 oz mascarpone
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 5.3 oz almond spread (you can also use hazelnut or pistachio spread)
  • 10 chocolates of your choice (or decoration of your choice)
  • 2 tangerines

Steps

The preparation of this no-bake almond brick cake is really very easy. Start by pouring the mascarpone and liquid cream into a bowl and gradually add the almond spread. WARNING: depending on your taste, you can increase or decrease the amount of the latter. If, despite the entire spread, the taste is not sweet enough for you, you can also add 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.

  • Now start assembling your almond brick cake. Take a tray and place 10 cookies in a row of 2. Pour the cream into a pastry bag and start making cream puffs. Repeat this operation 3 more times to form a 4-layer brick.

  • Now place your brick cake in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Before serving, decorate it with natural almond spread, chocolates, and tangerine wedges. Enjoy your meal.

Saby recommends…

The almond brick cake does not need to be soaked because the cream in the 30 minutes in the fridge helps to soften the cookies. But if you want to consume it immediately, you can soak the cookies with milk or cold coffee.
