They are perfect to enjoy immediately, but you can also prepare them in advance as long as you wrap them with cling film, a damp cloth, and store them in the fridge.   • 1 spinach bread
  • cherry tomatoes (to taste)
  • lettuce (to taste)
  • mayonnaise (the allowed one)
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • avocado mayonnaise (as an alternative)

How to prepare the vegetarian sandwiches

  • Prepare the slices: Trim the edges of the bread slices, pair them, and then spread them with mayonnaise.

    Close and cut: Close the sandwich and press gently, then make a clean triangular cut with a sharp knife. Now you have two options: either enjoy the sandwiches immediately or arrange them on a tray, cover with plastic wrap and a damp cloth, and store them in the fridge to keep them soft.
