  • MAKE THE SHORTCRUST PASTRY: To make the orange shortcrust pastry, follow this recipe

ROLL OUT THE PASTRY: Take the pastry and roll it directly onto the parchment paper to a thickness of about half an inch

FILL AND ROLL: Spread the orange marmalade all over the surface, then add cinnamon according to your taste. With the help of the parchment paper, start rolling into a long log shape, seal the edges tightly, and roll it in brown sugar

BAKE: Bake at 350°F for about 15/20 minutes, and once baked, let them cool

DECORATE: In a small bowl, add the juice of half an orange, then start adding powdered sugar until a light glaze forms. Spread it over the entire roll and dust again with powdered sugar.

SLICE THE COOKIES: With a sharp knife, start cutting the cookies which will have the shape of biscotti but will be much softer and creamier.
