Ingredients

- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsps potato starch
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- jam (to taste)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
- flavoring (to taste)

HOW TO PREPARE THE MILK BREAD IN 5 MINUTES
WHIP THE EGGS: In a bowl, whip the egg with the sugar very well, it must be frothy
ADD THE OTHER INGREDIENTS AND BAKE: Gradually pour in the milk, oil, and your chosen flavoring, sift the powders with the baking powder and add them to the batter. Pour everything into a baking pan lined with parchment paper about 8/9 inches. Use the back of a spoon to make small hollows and put the jam in them, then add a thin layer on top. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes but always do the toothpick test. Once cooked, dust with powdered sugar and enjoy this cloud of softness.
