The WHITE ZUCCHINI PARMIGIANA is a quick and very tasty second course. The zucchinis are used raw, making them lighter. Layers of zucchinis alternate with ham, cheese, and béchamel. If you can’t eat cured meats, you can skip the ham, it will still be good and flavorful.
To add a fresher touch, you can add basil leaves. The result will be exceptional!

  • to taste salt
  • olive oil
  • 2 cups béchamel
  • 7 oz cooked ham
  • 9.5 oz soft table cheese
  • 3.5 oz Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
  • 1.75 oz breadcrumbs
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3.5 oz butter
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • salt
  • nutmeg

You can replace the string cheese with mozzarella for pizza
