Crumble Cake with Banana Cream and Chocolate Chips

Ingredients

  • 14 oz Cookies
  • 5 oz Butter
  • 3 Bananas
  • 7 oz Ricotta
  • 1 container Yogurt (vanilla)
  • Chocolate Chips

Preparation

  • First, let’s prepare the base. I usually use these cream cookies… I like the texture it gives to the crumble cake.

  • Now we can prepare the base for the crumble cake. Line a 9.5-inch pan and cover the bottom with 2/3 of the crushed cookies, forming a light edge on the sides. Let it rest in the fridge while we prepare the banana cream.

  • Put the ricotta and yogurt in the mixer. Gradually add the bananas. Once you reach a creamy consistency, pour the cream into a bowl and add the chocolate chips.

  • Cover the surface of the cake with the remaining crushed cookies, crumbling them little by little until the entire surface of the crumble cake is covered.
