For an even softer result, add a boiled and mashed potato.

For a light version: choose tuna in water and cook the meatballs in the oven or air fryer.

In the oven: place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush them with a little oil, and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, turning them halfway through.
In the air fryer: cook the meatballs at 356°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes, lightly brushing them with oil for a perfect crust.
