Steps
The preparation of the Kinder Bueno Pandoro Log – No-Bake Christmas Dessert is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
Prepare the cream
In a bowl, whip the mascarpone, cream, and white hazelnut cream until you get a smooth and fluffy mixture.
Cut the pandoro into slices and place them on plastic wrap, slightly overlapping. Gently flatten them with a rolling pin, creating a uniform base for the log.
Spread about three-quarters of the cream on the pandoro base. Sprinkle some chopped hazelnuts and place the Kinder Bueno bars along the edge, evenly. Gently roll the filled pandoro with the help of the plastic wrap.
Seal the ends well and transfer to the refrigerator for a few hours until firm. Cut the ends of the roll, then cut a slice to place on top like a branch to create the log effect.
Cover everything with the remaining cream and decorate as desired with chopped hazelnuts or pieces of Kinder Bueno
The Kinder Bueno Log is ready to serve: soft, creamy, and extremely delicious, perfect to impress during Christmas!
🧊 Storage
In the refrigerator: store the log in an airtight container for 2–3 days.
Serving: let it warm slightly out of the fridge for a few minutes before serving to make the cream softer.
Do not freeze: due to the cream and pandoro, the result might lose consistency and taste.
