Oat cups with Greek yogurt are delicious treats made with rolled oats and bananas, similar to my HOMEMADE ENERGY BARS, but in cup form, resembling CREAM AND FRUIT CUPS, only instead of HOMEMADE PASTRY CREAM and fruit, I used Greek yogurt and chopped hazelnuts, although of course nothing prevents you from filling them with the base of LIQUID PROTEIN PUDDING and setting it in the fridge.
For this recipe, I recommend using whole Greek yogurt because it is thicker and doesn’t run, making your pastries also look beautiful aesthetically.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp acacia honey
- 1 banana
- 5.3 oz hazelnut Greek yogurt
- chopped hazelnuts

Preparation
Peel the banana, cut it into pieces, and place it in a bowl.
Mash the banana with a fork until it becomes a puree.
Add the honey and cocoa to the banana and mix.
Finally, add the rolled oats.
Mix everything with the fork to combine the ingredients.
Distribute the mixture into the 4 muffin cups.
Press the mixture into the muffin cups with a teaspoon to create the cups.
Bake the oat cups in the air fryer or in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Once the cups are baked, remove them from the oven, let them cool, and then take them out of the muffin cups.
Fill the hazelnut Greek yogurt, or any flavor you prefer, into the oat cups.
Top with chopped hazelnuts, or walnuts, or almonds if you like.
Serve the oat cups with Greek yogurt immediately or store them in the fridge.
Storage
Store the oat cups with Greek yogurt in the refrigerator for two days.
