- 8.8 oz mascarpone
- 3.4 fl oz whipping cream
- 5.3 oz Nutella®
- hazelnut crumbs

Cut the pandoro into thick slices. Arrange them on a sheet of plastic wrap, slightly overlapping, to form a rectangle. Gently flatten the slices with a rolling pin to obtain a uniform and compact base.
Prepare the cream.
In a bowl, combine cream, mascarpone, and sugar.
Whip until you get a firm and velvety cream. Add the Nutella and mix well until smooth and homogeneous.
Spread about three-quarters of the cream on the pandoro base and spread evenly. Crumble some Ferrero Rocher directly over the cream. Add some hazelnut crumbs.
With the help of the plastic wrap, gently roll everything into a compact roll. Tightly seal the plastic wrap and transfer to the refrigerator for a few hours to set. After resting, remove the wrap and cut the ends of the roll for a clean cut.
Cover the roll with the remaining cream. Decorate as desired with Ferrero Rocher, hazelnut crumbs, cocoa, or powdered sugar.

Freezing is not recommended as the cream may lose its consistency.
