Ingredients

  • 7 oz mascarpone
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup jam
  • 3 oz butter
  • 8 oz cookies (plain)

How to Make the Cheesecake Tart

  • Place the plain cookies in a food processor and finely grind them, then transfer them to a bowl.

  • Add the melted butter and mix with a spoon to get a moist mixture.

  • Place a small amount of the “crumbly” mixture in aluminum molds to cover the bottom.

  • Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the mascarpone, sugar, and cream.

  • Add the prepared cream to each mold, along with a teaspoon of jam.

  • Cover the filling with the remaining mixture prepared earlier. As a final step, let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Cheesecake Tart Storage and Tips

This dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. They can be frozen for up to 2 months. You can replace the strawberry jam with others of your choice, or add Nutella or pistachio cream. Also try the Pavesini tart with mascarpone and pistachio.
