I made this dessert for my mom Anna’s party: an eggless tiramisu in the cream, perfect because it is lighter, safe to store, and very easy to make. In this version, the ladyfingers still contain eggs, so it’s not suitable for those who can’t eat them, but it represents a valid alternative for those who prefer to avoid raw eggs.
If you like creamy desserts, try also my eggless tiramisu cheesecake or the chocolate semifreddo.
If you want a completely eggless version, you can replace the ladyfingers with eggless cookies or pavesini available on the market.

Storage and tips
This eggless dessert can be stored in the fridge for 2 days, covered with plastic wrap. It can also be frozen in portions to be enjoyed after defrosting in the fridge.
Gluten-free variant: replace ladyfingers with gluten-free cookies.
Fresh effect: add chocolate flakes or hazelnut granules on the surface.
If you want a more intense taste, flavor the coffee with a tablespoon of liqueur.
