Steps

In a large bowl, place the flour, softened butter cut into pieces, eggs, sugar, grated lemon zest, and a pinch of salt.
Also add the baking powder and start kneading until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes so that the dough firms up and is easier to work with.
After the resting time, roll out about ¾ of the shortcrust pastry in a large baking pan. Prick the surface with a roller or fork to prevent it from puffing up during baking. Now comes the most delicious part: spread the jams and hazelnut cream on the base, creating three parallel stripes of different flavors.
With the remaining dough, roll out some more and cut out strips. Place them on top of the pie, crossing them slightly to form the classic decorative lattice.
Bake the pie in a static oven at 355°F for about 40 minutes, until the surface is golden and the house smells of butter and lemon.
Let it cool completely before cutting: it will be crumbly, fragrant, and with an irresistible sweet heart!
Enjoy your meal!
Storage
The XXL pie with three flavors keeps perfectly at room temperature for 3-4 days, covered with a cake cover or wrapped in plastic wrap. If you prefer, you can keep it in the fridge and slightly warm it before serving, so it will return to being crumbly and fragrant as if freshly baked.
