How to prepare caprese skillet lasagna
First, season the tomato sauce with oregano, salt, and a drizzle of oil.
Pour the sauce into the skillet and turn on the heat, add the first lasagna sheet.
Top with sliced cherry tomatoes, diced mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
Repeat two more layers between lasagna and topping, then finish with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan.
Continue cooking for another 5 minutes with the lid on, then bring to the table serving with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh basil.
