  • 10.5 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • First, season the tomato sauce with oregano, salt, and a drizzle of oil.

  • Pour the sauce into the skillet and turn on the heat, add the first lasagna sheet.

  • Repeat two more layers between lasagna and topping, then finish with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan.

  • Continue cooking for another 5 minutes with the lid on, then bring to the table serving with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh basil.
