Ingredients for Fried Rice Balls:

  • 1 cup rice (Cooked)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsps breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • vegetable oil (For frying)

  • In a bowl, put the cooked rice, egg, Parmesan cheese, spices to taste, and mix. Add breadcrumbs, a pinch of salt, and combine everything.

  • Take a little of the mixture at a time and shape with your hands to form balls, then roll them in breadcrumbs and fry for a few minutes on both sides. Once ready, place them on absorbent paper.

  • Enjoy your meal!
