Air Fryer Granola is a basic recipe to prepare that delicious mix of oat flakes and dried fruit to put in your Yogurt Cup as a snack, or to eat by the spoonful as I do, because it’s really too good and super crunchy!

I usually use oat flakes to make ENERGY BARS, Cookies, and a rustic plumcake, because oats are rich in nutrients but, most importantly, they keep you full for a long time! So I often also use flour to make PANCAKES or the CAKE with OAT FLOUR and YOGURT.

This time I wanted to mix oat flakes with walnuts, almonds, and raisins to make homemade granola in the air fryer!

Don’t miss my desserts cooked in the air fryer like the Soft Cake in the Air Fryer, the Apple Cake in the Air Fryer, and the Orange Cake in the Air Fryer.
