- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp cooking cream
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

- 1 egg

In a bowl, we put the boiled and drained potatoes and mash them. Add the butter, salt, Parmesan cheese, the cream, and mix. Add the egg and mix together. Finally, add the breadcrumbs.
Brush the mold with oil and add a bit of the mixture. Make a small central hole and add a little cheese and mushrooms to each. Cover with more potato mixture and bake for about 30 minutes at 356°F
