First, cook the pasta al dente, then rinse it under cold water and drain well. In a pan, combine the onion, a bit of oil, the meat, the carrots, and cook for a few minutes. Add salt and spices to taste.
Arrange the pasta in a dome-shaped mold (watch video)
it must be completely covered. Put some of the prepared mix inside, mozzarella, Parmesan, and continue alternating the layers. Finally, cover everything with the pasta and bake at 356°F for about 30/40 minutes.
