- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3.5 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp fresh yeast
- lemon zest
- orange zest

Dough preparation:
Put the flour, sugar, orange zest, lemon zest, egg yolks, and yeast, start kneading while gradually adding the milk. Add the butter and knead for about 10 min.
Once ready, form a ball and place it in a container and let it rise until it triples in volume.
Filling preparation:
Crumble the cheese, add parsley, salt, eggs, and mix.
Assembling:
After a few hours, take the dough,
divide it into smaller pieces. Roll out one piece at a time, put some filling in the center, and close. Do the same with all. Cover them and let them rise for about an hour, then brush with egg yolk and milk. Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
