First, boil the potatoes, then drain them and let them cool slightly. Then mash them and add the cheese. Add spices as desired and the ground meat, then mix well. Finally, add the breadcrumbs.
Take a little of the mixture with your hands and shape the cutlets, then pass them in the breadcrumbs. Continue like this with all. Once ready, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle a little oil on top, and bake at 356°F for about 25 minutes.
