Storage and Tips for Sweet Peach Puff Pastries

It’s preferable to consume the sweet peach puff pastries on the same day; however, if any are left over, you can keep them in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap. You can replace the jam with your favorite marmalade or use other cookies.

Little trick: if the puff pastry becomes sticky, transfer it to a tray and place it in the freezer for a few minutes; you’ll see it becomes easier to work with.
