Crostini with Salmon and Horseradish Sauce are a delightful appetizer or aperitif to enjoy during the holiday season, simple to prepare but with an intense and flavorful taste, provided by the horseradish sauce that contrasts with the sweet taste of the salmon. You can buy the horseradish sauce ready-made or prepare it yourself. Alternatively, use a simple mayonnaise with a hint of wasabi.
