APPLE COCONUT CAKE

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seed oil
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup grated coconut
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsps water
  • 1 lime
  • desiccated coconut

  • 2 Bowls
  • 1 Mixer
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Grater
  • 1 Cake pan

Steps

  • Cut the apples into small cubes and drizzle with lime juice.
    Beat the eggs with the sugar, salt, and lime zest.
    Gradually add the oil and water.
    Mix the flour with the baking powder, cinnamon, and coconut.
    Gently mix the batter with a spatula without deflating it.
    Finally, add half of the apples.
    Pour into a previously oiled mold.
    Decorate the top with the remaining apples and desiccated coconut.
    Bake at 340°F for 35-40 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let cool.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
