The arancello is a sweet liqueur based on oranges and spices, an excellent digestif to enjoy at the end of a meal. Aromatic and very intense, it is also great for flavoring fruit and desserts. The preparation is very simple, just let the orange peels macerate in alcohol. After a month of rest, a sugar syrup is prepared to which the flavored alcohol is added and that’s it. I also flavored it with cloves, cinnamon, and star anise, but you can omit them.
