Gluten-free and dairy-free French toast is a great way to start the day, delicious and fragrant, giving you energy for the whole morning. A sweet dish made from bread soaked in beaten eggs and then fried, which can also be prepared for your children’s snack. My version is made with gluten-free bread soaked in an egg and rice milk mixture and then fried with coconut oil, perfect even for those who cannot consume dairy products.
